  • Q: What areas do you service?

    A: Our service areas include Byron Bay, Brunswick Heads, Mullumbimby, Ocean Shores, Pottsville, Ballina, Lennox Head, Lismore, Casino, Evans Head, Casuarina and Kingscliff.

  • Q: Is it safe to take care of small electrical jobs around the house myself?

    A: No. Any domestic wiring should be performed by a licensed electrician. It is unsafe to complete your own wiring work and it also won't pass certification—this can be an issue in future when selling your property.

  • Q: What is test and tag?

    A: Test and tag is a safety test for electrical equipment around the workplace and home. An electrician will assess whether your equipment is in safe working condition and attach a tag stating when it was tested and when it is next due for a test.

  • Q: When do I need an electrical check for my property?

    A: Some of the main reasons that would require a safety check include:

    • Your property is more than 25 years old
    • You are purchasing a new previously occupied property
    • It's been more than 5 years since your last safety check
    • You have concerns about the electrical work in your property
  • Q: What are your trading hours?

    A: We operate Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00am and 4:00pm.
